Service was good; trees look great; I am a big fan of people cleaning up after them selves; you guys did a good job cleaning up the site after you completed the work. Fair prices and the work was done professionally. I will recommend Best to anyone asking for a company to do tree work. I called to get a quote for the removal of several mature trees. Vince came out the next day and was very helpful. After agreeing to the work, I asked to have it done on a specific day if possible. This was arranged, the crew showed up at 7:45 and did a wonderful job. The trees were removed safely and carefully. I highly recommend Best Tree Care based on my very positive experience.
I was impressed by the quality of the workmanship. I wasn’t present when the work was done. Upon arriving home, I couldn’t see any signs that a work crew had been on my property. The trees were trimmed perfectly. None of my ground cover or my outdoor lighting were disturbed. My compliments to your professionalism! I have used Best for our firewood for many years. They have always been prompt and professional. This year I needed someone to remove several large limbs from a tree in a very difficult location. The Best professionals stepped up to the plate and did a remarkable job. I highly recommend them. They did a beautiful job removing my tree and grinding two stumps that we had. The guys were so nice, and they cleaned up so well that I would recommend them to others. The service, estimate, removal and clean up was outstanding,very professional, fantastic customer service and the clean up was awesome, never knew there was an old tree with many loose branches and leaves, our double driveway and side yard was left impeccable and spotless thank you and we will definitely recommend your company for those that want the best! I think that a great job was done since this was a little more complicated with the trees so close to the electrical and phone lines, there were no problems and everything looks great. Tom explained that it was due to the big rains and there wasn’t anything to do. I was relieved that he didn’t try to convince me to do something that wasn’t really necessary. Your men were excellent! I think you did a great job… you guys are the BEST! In settling, the tree became crooked, but was remedy by your team, which was much appreciated. This is the only thing keeping me from very satisfied in all categories. We had mulch service as well - which was great! I really appreciated the prompt service. The tree trimming looks great!
